Terms and Conditions
1. NO SHOWS – NO REFUNDS
All monies will be forfeited.
A NO SHOW will be considered if reservations are not cancelled 2 hours prior to departure.
2. CANCELLATION FEES
A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each cancelled flight segment.
All cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to departure time.
The remaining balance will be given as a transportation credit to the credit card holder and can only be used on future Gulfstream Connection flights.
This transportation credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of original purchase.
3. CHANGE FEES
A $50.00 change fee will be charged for each changed flight segment.
Changes are allowed for flight dates only.
4. LAP CHILDREN under 24 months or LAP PETS less than 50 pounds
A $75.00 fee will be charged.
Change fees are waived.
Cancellation fees are applicable.
Maximum 2 pets per flight.
An Import Permit is required for all pets brought into the Commonwealth of The Bahamas or any other country travelled to, accompanied by a Veterinary Health Certificate. For additional information please call 242-325-7502.
5. Pets over 50 pounds will need to purchase a seat.
All fees are applicable.
6. Senior Citizens and Children discounts are not available.
7. Force Majeure
Gulfstream Connection will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance hereunder caused by any act of God, war, labor dispute, fire, act of government, or other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of such party.
8. Documentation requirements
All passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with customs and immigration documentation requirements. Proof of return or onward travel may be required prior to check in.
A valid passport is required for all passengers, including children, traveling between the U.S. and the Bahamas.
Additional requirements may apply for non U.S. citizens, customers with extended stays, or minors traveling with only one parent or legal custodian. Please contact the applicable Consulate or Embassy for these additional requirements.
